More differences between accounts (2)
The Chinese texts render the same place by different names, among them Poqishou Tuoshan Bulin Luyeyuan, Sheshoupoluo shan Luye shenlin, and Shimumoluo shan Guilin Luyuan.
The Buddha gave a good many discourses here, for example Majjhima Nikāya 85 (Prince Bodhi) and several discourses connected with Nakula's parents; the commentary on the Aṅguttara Nikāya says that Nakula's parents called the Buddha their son the first time they saw him, but none of these is dated.
